Refund & Return Policy

Sixty days from your purchase date — not your delivery date. Email support with “Refund Request” in the subject line, return every bottle with the packing slip at your own postage cost, and allow 5–10 business days after receipt for processing. No restocking fee is stated in the policy.

The five steps in order

Confirm you are inside the window. Sixty days are counted from the purchase date shown on your order confirmation email. Delivery delays do not extend it. If you plan to test the product properly, diarise day 50 so the decision does not creep past the deadline.
Email before you ship. Write to contact@customercs.com with Refund Request in the subject line. Include your order number and the name on the order.
Return every bottle. All bottles from the order must go back — opened, unopened, empty or full makes no difference. Include the packing slip. Ship to PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412.
Pay your own return postage. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and is not reimbursed. On a six-bottle return this is a genuine cost worth factoring in before you order the larger package.
Allow 5–10 business days. Processing begins once the parcel is received, not once it is posted. Keep your tracking number.

What “no questions asked” means and does not mean

The guarantee badge on the sales and checkout pages uses the phrase “no questions asked.” That is the brand's own marketing language and it signals an intent to make refunds low-friction. It is not the policy text. The linked policy sets out the five concrete steps above. Both statements can be true at once — the badge is simply incomplete, and reading only the badge is how buyers get surprised.

Subscription orders
